United Apertures Consulting, LLC is seeking a cleared Technical Training SME located at Ft Liberty, NC. The position will be supporting ARMY PM Tactical Networks. If you are looking for a new career opportunity UAC would like to speak with you.

What You’ll Get to Do:

  • This person will serve as an onsite SME and trainer for Sensor to Shooter processes Intelligence Community (IC) based multi-source correlation toolsets in the support of AF DCGS operational objectives at DGS-5 on Joint Base Pearl Harbor – Hickam.
  • Provide training and technical support utilizing Object Based Production (OBP) models and Activities-based intelligence (ABI) to enable the refinement and implementation of multi-source correlation workflows to enable Theater Commanders the ability to respond to high-priority threats in time critical environments. 
  • Trainer assesses, designs, and conceptualizes training scenarios, approaches, objectives, plans, tools, aids, curriculums, and other state of the art technologies related to training.
  • Assist in the development of TTPs as well as other governing documents regarding the implementation of OBP and multisource correlation toolsets.
  • Provide training and SME support for multisource correlation applications. These include but are not limited to FADE, SNAPGLASS, THRESHER, ArcGIS, SENTIENT/ Joint Enterprise Modeling and Analytics (JEMA).
  • The primary core competencies include providing site specific training and curriculum development, workflow improvement, and customer outreach.
  • Provide onsite training support of multi-source correlation tools and operational implementation of TTPs, have knowledge of AF DCGS multi-int operations, knowledge of how AF DCGS Analysis and Exploitation Teams (AETs) operate.
  • Provide SME support to unit level exercises and test events utilizing OBP and automated kill chain applications.
  • Applicants should possess operational knowledge with initiatives such as AF DCGS Open Architecture, Disposition of Forces (DOF), OBP, Structured Observation Management (SOM) along with activities-based intelligence.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to break down, explain, and demonstrate complex concepts in an easy-to-understand manner.

You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

  • Experience in training and developing personnel, particularly in the use of airborne ISR technologies and processes.
  • Knowledge of and adherence to relevant military, federal, and intelligence community standards and regulations.
  • (BA/BS) or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years of related work experience.
  • MUST have active TS/SCI.
  • Military experience desired
  • Must have hands-on experience and training in Army Property Book Management and Army Regulation 700-142.

Pay Range: There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,000 – $140,500
